Shipping & Returns


  • We ship with Sendle from our Australian South Melbourne Warehouse or our North America Warehouses in San-Clemente and Charlotte.

  • Standard shipment orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1 business day of receipt of payment - shipping time is an additional 3-6 business days from dispatch date

  • All shipping & product prices are in $AUD.

  • Global Boardriders Ltd distribution centers in North America and Australia ships to many countries listed in our check out. We wont ship to countries who are subject to United Nations and Human Rights Abuse Sanctions or Countries we deem to be a threat to our intellectual property.

Apparel and Equipment Shipping - Australia

  • Free Postage on domestic Australian Orders.

  • All parcels are sign on delivery.

  • Australian orders dispatched within 1 business day.

  • Shipping time – 3-6 business days.

  •  Free Postage on Orders over $100 AUD this includes free shipping on combined orders over $100.00 AUD

  • Dispatched in 1 Business Day - Except some apparel orders on demand

  • Shipping time 6-10 business days International. However due to Covid-19 some delays may happen.


Shipping Terms and Conditions - Australia

  • You will receive an email the day we dispatch - ensure you enter your email address correctly so you can keep an eye out for your shipment

  • Sendle will email you with your tracking number, they will also email you updates as your parcels moves through the network

  • Check that your PayPal account has the CORRECT address - we have to pay to have the parcel returned to us when you have supplied the incorrect information and we will charge you shipping to re-post

  • Generally we dispatch within 1 business day of ordering, and Sendle stipulates that it takes between 3-6 business days to deliver - please check your parcel for its whereabouts within a week of ordering and keep an eye out for it to be sitting at your Local Post Office for pick up

  • Due to all parcels requiring a signature on delivery - we cannot leave a note for the postman saying your parcel can be left at the door/behind the gate/ etc. It will be attempted to be delivered and then transferred to your Local Post Office or Sendle Shipping Station for collection
